  • two kilos amla
  • 25-25 grams of Shatavari, Gokhru, Bael, Nagarmotha, Clove, Jeevanti, Punarnava, Ashwagandha, Giloy, Brahmi, Basil leaves, Liquorice, small cardamom, Vasaka, white sandalwood, Shatavari and turmeric root (boiling ingredients)
  • 150-100 grams ghee and sesame oil
  • 20 grams pippali
  • 25 grams cinnamon
  • 10 grams bay leaves
  • 10 grams Nagkesar
  • 1 gram saffron
  • 10 grams small cardamom
  • 250 grams honey
  • According to Chinese requirements
Method of making:
  • First of all wash the gooseberry.
  • Now put about 5 liters of water in a big vessel and heat it.
  • Add all the boiling ingredients except Gokhru in it.
  • Now wrap the bunion in a cloth, tie it well and put it in water.
  • Let it cook on medium flame for about two hours.
  • After cooking for two hours, leave it like this for about 12 hours.
  • Now put all the gooseberries in a vessel and take out their seeds.
  • Amla becomes soft after boiling, hence the kernels will be easily removed.
  • Now crush the gooseberry and make it like pulp.
  • After this, mix sesame oil and ghee in a vessel and heat it.
  • After both oil and ghee are heated together, add amla pulp to it.
  • Keep in mind that use only iron pan.
  • Fry it well for about half an hour.
  • When Amla is roasted properly, ghee will start separating from it.
  • Then add jaggery or sugar in it and then keep cooking it.
  • Remember to mix it well with a ladle otherwise it will start sticking.
  • When it becomes thick, turn off the gas for some time.
  • During this time, prepare fine powder by grinding pippali, cinnamon, bay leaf, snake saffron, saffron and small cardamom.
  • Now after the gooseberry paste cools down, add the prepared powder to it.
  • Also add 250 grams honey.
  • After doing this, mix the paste well.
